We accept returns on new, unworn kilts and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order ID (ex: #dnkexxxx)
- Items you would like to return
Everything needs to be returned in their original product packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error; we'll cover it in that case.
Replacements and exchanges are unfortunately not supported by our kilt delivering technology; in these cases we recommend you return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement / exchange item.
If you bought from Amazon, Ebay, or any other site listing our kilts please initiate a return using the tools and policies of the respective site you bought from. For instance, your Amazon account, your Ebay purchase history, etc.
