RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

Thank you for considering DNKE for your purchase! We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products and services. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy: 

We accept returns and exchanges of any unworn and unused items within thirty days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.   

Returns and Exchanges are excluded from Grab Bag sales. Grab Bags are final sale only! "You get what ya get, and you don't throw a fit."

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at returns@damnnearkiltem.com with the following details: Name on the order, Order Number (#dnke12345), reason for exchange/return, and if applicable, the item you want in exchange for your original item. 

Once we receive your return or exchange inquiry, our customer service team will send a return label to the email address provided with shipping instructions. We kindly request that you notify us at returns@damnnearkiltem.com when you have sent your original order back for return. 

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will initiate a full refund for returns. Please note that refunds may take up to five business days to appear on your account.
