REGULAR fits sizes XS through Small/Medium (32''-37'' waist measurement, 105cm total length).
LARGE fits sizes Medium through Large (38''-42'' waist measurement, 120cm total length).
X-LARGE fits L/XL through XXL (44''-48'' waist measurement, 135cm total length).

Belt is a little in the cheap feeling side but for $30 its fine. Its priced similar to other options. I needed it for a costume and it should be sufficient.

I have both the brown and the black Double Prong Kilt Belt. The belts are made so that the size is adjustable. The belts look great paired with my kilts, they really add to the overall look. Adding a picture wearing the black belt.
